The Heretic cares nothing for their fellow man. Instead, this evil Villager supports the Werewolves in whatever way they can, seeking to bring about an end to the populace and place they loathe. No one is sure why the Heretic's heart is fulled with such hatred or what drives them to destroy the place where they were born, but they singlemindedly persue their goal of erasing the Villagers from existence. Malice can provoke people in strange and unsettling ways.
You do not call the Heretic during either the Identification Phase or the During the Night Phase. The Heretic is like the Villager in that they have no special powers or abilities. You might remind the village that there are Heretics among them, and that they are on the side of the Werewolves.

Bluff. Confuse. Sow confusion and lies. If you suspect someone is a Werewolf, try to protect them. Whatever you do, just don't sit there quietly because that won't help the Werewolves to win.
